How do I earn points?+
Link any card (Visa/Mastercard/Verve). Every ₦1,000 spent earns 3-6 points depending on your tier and card partner. You also get 500 pts on signup and 250 pts per successful referral.
How do I redeem points at a hospital?+
Open the ETILIFE app → tap 'Redeem at hospital' on the Rewards tab → present the 6-character code to the front desk. The code is valid for 15 minutes and single-use.
What's the difference between HMO cover and NHIS gap?+
HMO cover pays for scheduled care at network hospitals. NHIS gap fills what the public NHIS scheme doesn't fully cover — things like private ward upgrades, imported prescriptions, or specialist referrals.
Can I really send points from abroad?+
Yes. Sign up with a phone number from any country — your points work globally, redemptions happen locally in ₦. Diaspora sends have zero fees.
Do points expire?+
Points never expire as long as your account is active. Even paused subscriptions keep your balance safe.
How is 1 point valued?+
1 point = ₦2 when redeemed at a partner hospital. So 10,000 pts covers a ₦20,000 consultation. Cash value only applies at redemption — earning is category-based.

Is my medical data private?+
Your vitals and profile are encrypted end-to-end. Hospitals only see what they need for the visit (blood type, allergies, active plan). Nothing else is shared.
